For properties under our management, we provide a tenant portal on our website that allows you to pay your rent online via bank draft or credit card, see all transactions related to your lease, and other information regarding your lease.

While we would love for you to become part of our family of tenants, if one of our properties under management is unable to precisely meet your needs, our dedicated licensed leasing agent will ensure that we find you the right property.

For tenants that wish to become homeowners in the future, we can put you in contact with our network of mortgage lenders that can analyze your financial history and advise you on steps necessary to realize the dream of ownership.  In addition, the relationship you establish with Advantage Asset Management will allow us to report your positive rental and payment history.
