Flexible Credit History

We don’t auto-reject for low scores. Life happens—medical bills or temporary setbacks? Let’s discuss.

If your score is lower, consider a co-signer or an additional deposit to strengthen your application.

Rental History

We’ll contact past landlords to confirm timely payments and care for the property.

First-time renter? No problem. Personal references from employers, teachers, or mentors work too.

Job Stability

At least 6 months with your current employer is ideal.

Gig workers or freelancers? Show steady income with contracts or 6 months of bank statements.

Security Deposit

Usually 1-2 months’ rent. Refundable if the home is clean, undamaged, and rent is paid.

Occupancy Limits

Up to 2 people per bedroom (per Houston rules) to keep things comfortable.

Lease Term
