AAM will stand behind its tenant placement even further by offering Platinum customers a lease fee guarantee. For any tenant that leaves a property 6 months or less into a 12+ month lease, AAM will not charge any leasing fee to place the next tenant. Note that if the new tenant has a Realtor, that Realtor will still get 1/2 of the first month’s rent, but AAM will not receive any fee.
