    I leased a townhouse in The Woodlands and the experience has been nothing but spectacular. The AAM team was professional and helpful despite never doing this before. Sharon was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process, making it sound so easy. I did have a leak in the upstairs bathroom from which water was coming through the ceiling but when I called about it. It took a couple of visits from the plumber to find and fix the leak. Wet sections of ceiling had to be removed to avoid mold. Paul the maintenance manager came and patched up the ceiling.Throughout the whole thing the AAM team responded immediately and took care of it.
